McBride Corporate Real Estate, a leading tri-state area commercial real estate brokerage firm, represented DialAmerica in the lease of a 24,000 sq ft space to Valley Health in its Mahwah, N.J. corporate headquarters location. A division of Valley Hospital, the NJ-based healthcare facility will use the space as a call center.

Led by McBride’s vice president, Jeffrey MacFarlane, this transaction is the most recent in a long-standing engagement with DialAmerica. In 1989, McBride partnered with the direct marketing firm to build an 80,000 sq ft corporate headquarters and later led a 38,000 sq ft expansion to the building.
