Mark DeSalvo has joined McBride Corporate Real Estate following a distinguished 30-year career on Wall Street, where he specialized in trading fixed-income products. His experience spans municipal bonds, emerging markets, and, for the last 20 years, a focus on corporate high yield. Before joining McBride, Mark co-founded College Sports Advisors, a company dedicated to guiding high school athletes in their journey with the goal of playing in college. This venture not only fueled his entrepreneurial spirit but also brought immense personal satisfaction as he played a pivotal role in helping over 100 young athletes achieve their goals through college commitments — a number that continues to grow. Family has always been a top priority for Mark. Married to his wife, Patti, for 34 years, they have three wonderful children – Jack, Patrick, and Ella.
