Since joining the McBride Corporate Real Estate team in September of 2004, Robert has successfully brokered numerous lease and sale transactions in the office and industrial field. His expertise also extends to the property management field where he now serves as President of the McBride Management Services Division and is an Accredited Commercial Property Manager, certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Robert has more than 10 years’ experience in overseeing, administrating and directing the entire operations of the property management department. Familiar with state laws, regulations, policies and taxes that govern tenant and property ownership. He oversees all of the properties McBride manages, and works closely with the ownership. Robert has extensive knowledge of principles and practices of property management with strong ability to negotiate, develop, and prepare property agreements with solid organizational and time management skills.
Prior to McBride, Robert held a position of Vice President at Philip J. Kreizer & Associates, Inc. in West Paterson, NJ negotiating office and government leases, along with selling industrial buildings. Robert has also successfully completed the R-1, R-2 and USPAP courses in real estate appraisal.
Robert has a B/S in Economics from Wagner College.
