As the North Jersey real estate markets matured during the 1960s, McBride Agency (as it was then known) grew to a full-service company handling office, industrial, and consulting projects both local and on a nationwide basis. Among our recent assignments are projects for Volvo, Hertz, IBM, BMW, Bank of New York, and Merit Behavioral Services Corp. Our primary service areas are Bergen, Passaic, and Sussex Counties in New Jersey and Rockland and Orange Counties in lower New York State.
 The main office, located in Franklin Lakes, has nine salespeople and the New York office, located in Central Valley, has four. As the office market in Bergen County has matured, McBride established an office leasing department. National account representation specialists are located in both Franklin Lakes and Central Valley. McBride was a founder of the CORFAC® INTERNATIONAL network. Our current professional affiliations are as active members of the SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS (SIOR) and Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of Metropolitan New York (IOREBA).
